SELF MEDICATION IS NOT RECOMMENDED
Add 1 spoonful of Fybogel Hi-Fibre powder to 150ml of water. Stir it well and drink immediately.
For adults and children 12 years or older - 1 preparation as stated above, once in the morning and once at bedtime.
For children between 6 and 12 years of age - use ½ to 1 spoonful of powder, once in the morning and once at bedtime.
Do not serve it to children under the age of 6 years without consulting a doctor.
